Helen Lutz, RN, LMT, LLCC. Helen is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She is currently working as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Solace at Suite 640, a medical spa owned by Women Gynecology and Childbirth Associates, P.C. in their Brighton, NY office. There she performs such services as Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage and lymph massage, aromatherapy, and energy therapies as well as teaching Infant Massage classes. Helen is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork by NCTMB, having graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in 1999. She is Nationally Certified in Holistic Aromatherapy from the Finger Lakes School of Aromatherapy, Newfield, NY in 2004. LLCC stands for LDT”s (Lymphatic Drainage Therapy) Lymphedema and Complex Decongestive Therapy Certification. Helen earned her certification in this field in 2006. She has also been a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner since 2004, and she became a Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) in 2006. Helen is a second degree Usui Reiki practitioner as well. Helen is dedicated to lifelong learning, and she continues to explore complementary therapies.
Jody Filonovich, Aesthetician
Jody Filonovich received her training in Aesthetics from Shear Ego International School and Spa in 1993. Licensed in Aesthetics as well as Cosmetology, Jody is dedicated to training with leaders in the skin care industry. She has been personally trained on the products of various skin care lines and their applications for a variety of conditions. Jody is also a certified laser technician for hair removal, vein reduction, pigmented lesion reduction, and Laser Facials. Jody has years of experience in the skin care industry where she has proven herself as an exceptional provider of professional day spa services. She has always made it a priority to provide her clients with relaxing treatments using the latest technology available. Jody's extensive background in corrective skin care includes the use of medical grade peels and skin resurfacing facials. She is committed to providing confidential care to her clients at Solace at Suite 640 in a calming and relaxing environment.
